What’s your signature dish?
Gooseberry and Elderflower, Marscapone and Fig and Salted Peanut Butter are our most recent favourite catering flavours.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
As we're a dessert supplier we match our flavours to whatever is offered by an alternate caterer as a main - though we generally provide a choice of 6 flavours - combining staples and more unusual tastes
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people and knowing that we give their events a touch of class and an exceptionally tasty product!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw that although vintage ice cream trikes were used at weddings they all looked the same - we wanted a fully working modern versions that would work on the street as well as at events and festivals so we pedal to peddle!
