The team were all diligent workers. Communication prior to the move and during the move was excellent. The team arrived on time and were very willing to go the extra mile to ensure work was done to perfection and in a timely manner.
Some of the extremely bulky furniture required dismantling to be able to go through the door, Sam (the lead team member) went the extra mile to pick up an extra member of the team that was about 10 miles away to professionally dismantle the bulky furniture.
The professionalism of the entire team was impressive and the quality of work delivered was exceptional too. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, attention to detail and reliability.

Not only are Bark completely incompetent they are also liars.
Yes we agreed a price (which was not cheap, but competitive) everything was packed as agreed and certainly does not account for the damage to our goods, but perhaps the late arrival whilst the drivers sorted out hire vehicles did
This was certainly no charitable move

Don’t touch these with a barge pole.
Pretty much every piece of furniture was damaged during the removal.
No regard for our possessions (pieces were dragged across pathways)
We had to stop one from smoking in the van which had our soft furnishings in.
These are NOT professional removers.. just ad-hoc men who can drive vans
I wasn’t going to pay for the service (and I use the term loosely) but felt intimidated into doing so

Thank you Miss Rose for your valued feedback. As was already explained at the time of agreement you indicated that you have no money and could not afford to pay for your move which normally would cost around £3000 for a property of your size. Therefore we as a company felt inclined to help you under our charity scheme to help people in need. Unfortunately as you did not not pack and have your items ready to go on the day as was discussed and agreed my team's were now met with several additional tasks that were not catered for. A little advice for the future is to stick to what was agreed and discussed then you will find everything will run smoothly as has been the case for our other over 30 successful hires on BARK.

First of all they were two hours late, and couldn't get hold of anyone via phone to find out the ETA. Did receive a text to say they would be late, and was told i would get updates, however this never happened. Removal men didn't really seem to have a clue as to what they were doing, and really didnt listen to our instructions. Furthermore the handling skills of the removal men were shocking, and there was a few items that were broken, although the damages were minor. All in all, i wish in hindsight i had paid a little more money, and employed a more reputable company to carry out my move More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have implemented video surveys instead of traditional visits to customers home to discuss there requirements. Additionally all staff are tested every 2 days for Covid and consistently wear protective equipment whilst on the job.
