Before Julie's 'effective face to face meetings' workshop, I hated sales with a passion. I always felt nervous and like I had no idea of what to do, and all this time I've only ever fumbled my way through meetings with no real idea of what I'm doing. The workshop was amazing, and left me feeling I can approach sales meetings with confidence and focus. She gave us the tools to hold a meeting with structure and strategy, and most importantly how to ask for the sale, something I'd never have dared to do previously. The course was really comprehensive, covering everything from body language and building rapport to identifying different personality types and overcoming objections.
