We had a great move using The Removals. The whole team right from in the office through to the hardworking, helpful team on moving day did everything to accommodate us and make for a very smooth process. Everyone at the company was very friendly and professional. On moving day all soft furnishings and TVs were wrapped and protected. Carpets were covered in plastic, wardrobe boxes loned to us.I had not even heard of this great company until we used them but wanted to make sure others knew that we only experienced good things from them at a competitive price.Thank you to all at The Removals for making our move go so well :) More...

The Removals have been brilliant! We hired them for our office move this week and they disassembled all our desks and loaded them and all our stuff put into boxes neatly into their van, drove to our new office unpacking everything and bringing it up to our new office assembling everything. They took excellent care of not damaging any of the stuff or the walls and were very gentle but efficient! Price is also one of the best for London and it is really easy to deal with them over the phone & email! Would definitely definitely recommend them to anyone for personal house moves or office moves! We used The Removals for our last move (last of three in three years) and found them to be excellent. The gentleman who came to quote the move was helpful and friendly and the quote was midway (we got three). We were kept informed of what was happening in the lead up to our move and the staff were always very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. During the two days it took to move us, the guys were fantastic and very professional. Everything was packed with great care and we had nothing at all damaged or broken. We chose The Removals after a recommendation from friends, and couldn't fault the service. We had five men to pack for us the day before the move, and three to unload on a pouring wet day. Great service from start to finish. They got back to me quickly with a quote, which compared well to the others we received, and made all the arrangements very efficiently. On the day, They rang me to say they could turn up early, and they arrived within 10 minutes once we confirmed we were ready. They worked very efficiently and were friendly and helpful. In the last 23 years I've moved home 13 times and have always used all the well known, large removals firms. For my 14th move I used The Removals and they are hands down the best company I have dealt with! From start to finish they have been utterly professional. I booked a full pack and unpack and the the whole move went smoothly with zero stress. The men who moved us were friendly, very hard working and punctual. Thank you to the whole team. I honestly can't believe how truly EXCEPTIONAL The Removals are! From day one of the survey right through to the last minute of the delivery of our furniture and belongings to our new home I honestly didn't have a single issue with this brilliant company.
We are still utterly gob-smacked by the capability of their driver being able to thread the large truck into what is an exceptionally tight entrance even for a normal small car, but he did and without damage to anything he reversed by despite their being less than 2" gap on either side!!
I hope we never move home ever again but if we do then without any doubt, the only removal company we would be contacting would be This one as they honestly are that exceptionally good.

I used this company on Nov 12, 2016. Unfortunately, they heavily damaged my items during removal. They were claiming they have protected themselves by insurance but after the moving date, they have disappeared and they do not response to my follow-ups for compensation.
