The Plumbing Doctor responded immediately they were contacted regarding my leaking shower. I had previously tried contacting five local plumbers who did not even have the courtesy to respond to my calls! A quotation was given and an appointment made. A problem was encountered during the first visit but the next morning, a Saturday, a second plumber drove through flooded roads to complete the repair. Impressive. Excellent service from start to finish. Alex was great to start with initially installing new taps for me and doing the quote on my ensuite. The first quote was above my budget so Alex was welcoming and re-quoted which was more acceptable for my budget.

John then came and fitted my new ensuite shower over the last couple of days. He was very thorough & efficient. Keeping things tidy as he went along.

My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received and the professionalism shown by all.

I would highly recommend them & I would use them again without a 2nd thought.

Complete bathroom upgrade (as not been touched for over a decade). From start to finish Alex and team have been great, high levels of professionalism. It wasn’t a straight forward Job (lets be honest none are really !). Alex quoted quickly and was competitive, the only reason i chose to go with him (apart from the info on here) was i contacted one of the customers on the review section who was gracious enough to inform me of there experience which was positive. The job i had a change of design part way though which was absorbed and done with no question. The end result is fantastic and was worth the time taken, Alex and John also added to my existing central heating system just in time for the nip in the air. Had a problem with mixer tap phoned and spoke to Alex. He was working some miles away but said he come and have look on his way home. Turned up as promised fixed the problem with tap and found and fixed a leak on my stop tap as well. Up front with expected costs which which were kept to despite fixing extra stop tap problem for me. I found Alex after previous plumbers had let us down, we had a serious leak in our flat and the entire floor needed redoing. Alex is approachable, professional, and fitted us in that afternoon, as it was an emergency. The communication at all times was prompt and detailed. He liaised directly with our tenants which helped a lot. The quote was reasonable and he even organised other traders to sort the floor and lay the new flooring. Alex sorted a leaking bath waste, fitted a new shower screen and bath panel and waterproofed the bath/shower edges. Alex was quick to respond, he very kindly fitted us in between jobs.
