I visited Liverpool after 2 months of sailing all the way from Korea, Taiwan, Egypt and Spain.. While at Liverpool, I had my two consecutive dinners at this restaurant. Being a native of Kerala, I would say I would have had lot more than what I could ask for in the UK. On the first dinner, I wanted to have Appam and Mutton stew which they didn't have on their menu. But the chef promised me that he could prepare it if I could visit them on the next day. The next day, I would say I was overwhelmed when they served me such soft and crispy appam and delicious stew which, I would say, would be hard to find even in Kerala. Not to mention about the yummy kappa and spicy fish curry. My Chief Engineer from Jharkhand enjoyed these typical Kerala dishes as well. My first time visit ! Saw a review on Google and decided to go and then there you go !Poppadms and prawn starters were something really tasty. A good combination of some sort of spices.Paratha was a fantastic combination with their Lamb curry. Oh hang on...never miss that Beef crispy fry...Very traditional and awesome..!!, something I never tasted before! Some dishes here, a mix of really fantastic spices! I happened to stop over at Liverpool and then i see this restaurant pepper vine it was absolutely fantastic, they have a theme at the restaurant rather than the Indian restaurants around the corner, what I liked the most is it lives up to the name they have projected, not forgetting the season there is quite some amount of Christmas decorations the efforts are visible. I have visited this Indian restaurant in Liverpool 2 weeks ago.It was an amazing experience there.The traditional ambience was just awesome with the visuals of "kathakali". Superb Indian art forms. And the Indian food was just delicious.we ordered "biriyani" and believe me the biriyani was just awesome in taste and the beef fry was very tasty. Very neat. Tasty South Indian restaurant in a nice cozy area. The food is really awesome and it had a good variety of south Indian menu to choose from. Malabar biriyani is one among the specialty in this restaurant. The best part is they are able to bring the original south taste in the food and I believe it is because of the original spices from South India.
