What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about the therapies I offer and I find my work so very rewarding and I am privileged to be able to be part of my clients’ journey to move forward in their lives and to help them get their sparkle back. I work with people of all ages (from age 7) and for many different reasons and have a full DBS check.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I sold my business when my daughters were born and concentrated my time bringing them up and my teaching career but the passion for working 1-1 with clients never left me and when my children were older I resumed my business 3 years concentrating on therapies that promoted good mental health and wellbeing.

I am a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist/ Psychotherapist practitioner based in Torquay, Devon, with over 30 years of experience working in the industry. I have worked in London’s West End, managed a Spa in a 5* Hotel and lectured for 20 years, as well as running my own practice. I specialise in treatments which give my clients the opportunity to change their lives for the better and offer a caring and professional service. I currently work some hours in the UK’s top rated sixth form in Exeter, Devon, supporting their students struggling with life’s difficulties and mental health.
