Oaktree has been brilliant right from when I called them to see a doctor for ADHD and depression surprisingly given the review here before me.
The doctor listened to me and the treatment was started within 2 weeks of my first appointment. There was a small delay in getting the medicines the first time but I didn’t even have to go to the chemist they arrived at my door!

A complete shambles! Incorrect medication prescribed this month , also went several days with no medication due to clerical issues! Had the same problem last month, after complaining about being prescribed the wrong dosage I was informed to just pay for another review session ! I have decided to move my titration to a new clinic which is a shame as my psychiatrist was good. They have some serious admin issues and the customer service is ridiculous! I can see from the other reviews that I made a poor decision deciding to have treatment here! More...
