I cannot recommend this accountancy enough, the help I have received has been invaluable to me. Nicola's customer service and knowledge is excellent. also, and probably most important for me, when I was asking my questions (and there were a lot!!) she answered them without any jargon and in a way I could easily understand.There was one question she was not sure about the answer, but instead of trying to baffle me, she admitted she was not sure and phoned the relevant people she needed to confirm things with and got back to me within the hour, (it was a really awkward question), the service I have received is second to none!
