I absolutely can not speak highly enough of this company. I have been messed around by solicitors and lost my deposit from another cowboy removal company because my dates changed on numerous occasions. My wife has been very poorly so I honestly was ready to throw the towel in, and cancel everything. A leaflet came through my door from A and P Removals and I gave them a call. From the initial first call and home visit, right through to the removal and storage they were 5 star. I probably wasn’t the easiest of people to deal with, as I had had a very poor service from the previous removal company. Communication was great with the office, and they were so understanding to my situation. I could only give them a provisionally date, but they were very flexible and accommodating. The removal guys on the day were very experienced,helpful, professional and went above what I asked of them. And a Big thank you to Lee, who was so so lovely with my wife keeping her calm throughout. I really hope this review helps people, this company was fantastic and so so personal to our situation. I wish I could rate them more stars. A brilliant experience, which was surprisingly stress free. The team was prompt and professional which made the move a breeze. We used the packing and moving service and they were great, there wasn't a single breakage. This was my first time hiring a removal company, so I wanted to make sure I did my research. I’m a big believer on looking at reviews, as they are the views of the people who have had experience with the companies or products. I got a very reasonable quote online and called up to ask a few more questions. Lee was great and knew his stuff, it was all sorted within a couple of minutes.the team were friendly, efficient and on time. I couldn’t of asked for more from the guys they were great. I was very happy with my removal and very thankful that I chose this company for my move which turned into a VERY STRESSFUL move. My removal did not go smoothly due to issues with obtaining the keys to my new property, which resulted in it being a very late move. This was the second time we have moved and after an appalling experience with our first removal company I didn't want to make the same mistake again. But thanks to A and P Removals, they made the whole experience a lot better. I wasn't the easiest of people to deal with as I was on pins and wanted everything to go smoothly. But everyone was very patient and understanding, they explained everything to me and was reassuring at all times. The office staff were flexible when my move date was changed more than once. And the removal men were prompt, professional and friendly. They were very good at what they did, and when I thought it was the end of the world when my couch and American fridge wouldn't fit through the door.
