How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
There are a number of different aspects that are important to someone's health and wellbeing, but personally I think that a good diet is a key factor towards overall health.
What do you love most about your job?
All of it! I'm inspired by my clients, helping them achieve their goals is an amazing privilage. I also enjoy the constant learning and research, the field of nutrition is so very vast and so very interesting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping my husband lose 4 stone and losing 2 stone myself. At the end of it, my husband said that he really didn't feel as if he'd been on a diet. I really enjoyed doing the research and doing the meal plans, it inspired me to go on and do my nutrition training.
Why should our clients choose you?
I get where they are coming from - as I've been there. Also The Mediterranean Diet is so very yummy!

Yes, I can do everything remotely. I use zoom and whats app video.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As most clients are online, fortunately, I haven't had to make any changes.
