dispensery green have refused to get back to me & you're own GP twice about my private prescription he wrote me for my flower.
"this is extremely unprofessional of DG & TMCC & has been done in the past before I'm afraid" said the DR
I'm being refused medication by DG
Because I swore on the telephone during a severe (of which I'm given medical cannabis) mental health breakdown.
After many rude comments and from staff, "sorry we've been dealing with patients with real needs" to many other issues including inadequate flower that has now been removed from the formulary.
So I switched clinics....
But my GP had no issue writing me a prescription, but.. (I cannot help my prescription was sent by to dispensery green..) but what I'd like to help is DG with their unprofessionalism..
DG have refused to handle my prescription & perplexed the Dr and many others & curaleaf causing aggro & frustration & even epleptetic fit in the means time. All I wanted was to pay for the medication prescribed at my new clinic. (I am no longer a patient under TMCC) & DG could simply send me payment links just how they were to avoid dealing with staff.. but they are choosing to be awkward..
My GP has also stated he's not been responded to by, DG (who he works with, aswell as TMCC) about my case and is even more unhappy and wants this overturned so I can be prescribed the medication I've been having refused (by the pharmacy DG) for the past few months causing my mental health & epelepsy to delapadate. This is discrimination & not on.
The is a medicine at the end of the day & not for someone unprofessional & completely unknowledgeable, of me & or my serious mental health conditions to override a drs choice of medicine for my serious mental and physical health conditions.
Meds are paid for to then be told they aren't in stock, to then be offered a weaker flower or alternative.. or something double the price.

You could improve by writing prescriptions that are in stock and you could improve by using a legitimate dispensary that's only concern is to get your money and cause undue stress. This is supposed to be medication after all... More...

Extremely slow at processing prescription. Poor quality product that doesn’t help with my condition. Doctor palms me off with strains I don’t want.

They and Dispensary Green are having a laugh at our expense
Send mouldy medication out and recall and never get a replacement
Why collect it and not replace I’ve been waiting two weeks oh hold on they are waiting on a rewrite which I’ve been waiting 3 weeks where is the rewrite coming from a different part of the world?
This is ridiculous you guys need to fix up!!
How can you leave patients without medication this is totally ridiculous…

Don't even waste your time with this clinic,if the pharmacy they use dispensary green has none of the strains you are prescribed you can no longer get any repeats which cost £30, instead they require you to have a follow up that costs £65, I've been waiting two weeks now for a repeat prescription, the DR is unwilling to write a prescription for anything else, so I'm left without any medication and they simply couldn't care less, I will be making complaints to the regulator, they are doing this constantly to patients and getting away with it. I've had an excellent experience with TMCC. I am enrolled through Project Twenty21 and there have been some supply chain issues outside the clinic's control, and although I found those quite stressful once they were resolved it has been smooth for me. I feel listened to as a patient and treated professionally while trying to find the right combination of cannabis based medications. I never self treated with cannabis prior to contacting the clinic, but it has had a dramatic impact improving my quality of life quickly without the severe side effects of many traditional pharmaceutical meds. Overall I am very satisfied with this clinic. The doctors are very knowledgable and compassionate. The online consultations are great and they are always happy to explain issues and answer questions. Communication can be difficult and I have had some minor issues getting repeat prescriptions but understandable considering the Covid situation. Oh dear ,spoke to soon you get a 4 week prescription but you need an appointment to get the prescription well you can only get one of them every 10 to 12 weeks ,impossible to get a repeat ,back on the opioid (freely available in jersey)
