There is a moment in a coaching session when a particular question will unlock a new idea or thought process for a coachee. It as although a new door has been opened for them with new possibilities. Those moments. To be an enabler of that kind of insight for a person...I truly love.

I previously spent 15 years working in a 'blue light' public service. Although I have no regrets, towards the end of my tenure I found myself restricted by the structure and bureaucracy of the organisation. I desired an option for me that enabled me to set my own culture and boundaries. Where I would be accountable to myself and no-other.

I also wanted to take control of the design of my workday so I optimise my productivity. Working when my energy was up, rather than have my hours rigidly defined by someone else.

Family is one of my primary values. Another reason for the establishment of my own business was so I could design my working hours around home life including caring for my 1-year old son.

I always apply and operate within covid government regulations. I have expanded and improved the remote offering of my services since the beginning of the pandemic

Services

Try before you invest. ‘On Trial’ is a one-off 45-minute session where you will experience coaching with me and we can explore our potential as a match. The session is run utilising a video conferencing service, over the phone or in-person if you are nearby (South East London).

My 1-2-1 program consists of a total of 7 personal coaching sessions (8 hours of coaching) across of a period of 12 weeks. Sessions can be run utilising a video conferencing service, over the phone or in-person if you are nearby (South East London)

As part of this one-off coaching session we will:

Work with a specialist coaching analytics tool to review current life position.

Utilise a visualisation exercise to connect you with your inner self-leader.

Identify focused 'next-step' tasks for the coming fortnight in the area you've elected to develop.

After completion of the session we will:

Stay checked in over the following fortnight via e-mail or whats app for accountability, learning capture and success celebration.

Review success and learning at the end of the fortnight via a scheduled 15-minute phone/video conferencing call.

The session can be delivered via video conferencing or over the phone.

Designed like a mental fitness boot camp the program gives you practices, motivation, and structure to develop your PQ muscles 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks. The program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices and coach-led check-in sessions to boost your mental fitness muscles.

The training can begin on any week as agreed previously between you and coach Clive Maxheath. The training is delivered via a number of different sources including the PQ smartphone app, online videos, and coach-led check-in sessions held via Zoom video conferencing.
