I visited The Llandaff Clinic after suffering in pain for a number of months with my shoulder, hip and elbow.On my initial consultation and meeting Andrew for the first time, I was put at ease and was told that he could help with my problem. After the first treatment I could feel the difference in my posture and pain receding. I have been here for two sets of treatments after having put my back out twice over a period of months, due to two seperate incidents. Each time I was in great pain on initially attending but I was quickly made more comfortable, and better each time as the treatments went on. In a very short time I was pain free and moving freely. Andy is a true professional in health care. His approach is insightful and he works with total integrity. i cant thank him enough for getting me back to full fitness having fallen into the middle age lifestyle trap, He has worked a miracle with my back, from not being able to stand or walk his treatments have brought me back to an active lifestyle and he has supported me to change habits to help me avoid re injuring myself. I could not recommend Andy at The Llandaff Clinic highly enough. I have seen him on a number of occasions and have felt immediately better (and looser! ) every single time, having had a trapped nerve which caused shooting pains in my hand (which now don't happen) and lots of tension in my back. Last year I had lower back pain which turned out to be an inflamed disc - Andy diagnosed it quickly, treated me and gave me effective stretches to do, and I’m pleased to say it has since been fixed. Without treatment it could have been significantly worse so I am extremely thankful for Andy’s continued advice and treatment to prevent it from happening again. Suffering significant back pain that was limiting movement and ability to function at work I visited Andrew at the Llandaff Clinic. After a discussion and initial assessment Andrew diagnosed the problem and offered a solution immediately. Following a course of treatment my back pain has gone and mobility and function has returned fully. I cannot thank Andrew Miles enough for his advice and the excellent treatment he has provided. Recommended by a friend I attended his clinic suffering from a chronic spinal condition which was so painful I had difficulty in walking.
