Lifesavers! These ladies are lifesavers. I was forced into a full house renovation (by my husband) and had no clue where to start. Catherine and Sophie came to the rescue and have supported me with multiple rooms. They have allowed me more contact than I should probably have had and I truly appreciate it. Sophie and Becky did a fantastic job of my living/dining room using the Maxi Living package. I'd had a fairly neutral and uninspiring design in the room from the previous owners of my home, and after four years it was time to do something about it - but I had no idea where to start, and things like colour pairing and furniture matching are well outside of my comfort zone! But Sophie and Becky took my vague likes and dislikes as well as random snippets of inspiration and made it into a design that feels genuinely 'me'. Sophie and Catherine designed our combined dining / living via the Maxi Living package. We were extremely pleased with the result, and I have already recommended them to multiple friends and family. This was my first experience using an online interior design service, and I was initially unsure about spending money on something which my friends told me I could "just do myself". However, faced with a completely blank slate in our new house, and feeling intimated and overwhelmed by the sheer number and scale of the decisions facing us, we decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad we did. Catherine and Sophie helped us hugely with the decision burden, and guided us to make design choices which we might otherwise have been too nervous or lacking in confidence to make ourselves. The result is a room which we are extremely proud of, which impresses guests, and which we absolutely love. The process saved us a huge amount of time, and I also think that, overall, the package likely saved us money, as it meant we didn't make design missteps along the way. To top it all off, the service was excellent. Both Catherine and Sophie were extremely responsive and went above and beyond the service agreement and timeline they outlined in our initial call. I have recently used The Living House Midi package to design our living room. I have always decorated myself and spent hours wondering if I'm matching the right colours and looking for items to finish the room off (which is overwhelming in itself) and after spending lots of money never felt like I'd really achieved a look that coincided with the amount of money I'd spent. I decided to invest in a designer to ensure I got the look I wanted and to ensure the look matched what I'd spent. I contacted The Living house and they were quick to respond and had clear communication so I knew exactly what I was getting and the video call was really helpful, they asked lots of questions to make sure they understood what we wanted, which was a hard job for them as we didn't really know what we wanted, but they are amazing and the final design was perfect, warm/cosy and comfortable. They provided everything in budget and it was so easy to order the items using the shopping list they provide. I highly recommend them and I will certainly use them for our future projects, it just gave me confidence in spending the money knowing the end result will look fab! More...

Having worked with The Living House team on my bedroom and living room designs earlier this year, returning for help with my kitchen was a no brainer. This brief, I felt, was tough – an awkward space with a limited budget – I explained I wasn’t expecting miracles. But, as ever, Sophie and Catherine went above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming and well-thought through design that flows seamlessly with the rest of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with it. There are many reasons why I’d recommend The Living House to others, but to name a few: 1. Supporting a small and friendly business, run by three oh-so talented women who are incredible at what they do. 2. Excellent value for money – whilst I enjoy soaking up design inspiration from books, podcasts, Pinterest etc., it doesn’t make design decisions any easier. The Living House team have helped me avoid hours of indecisiveness and procrastination and, no doubt, some costly design mistakes too. Their dossier notes, visuals, shopping list and advice make the whole process seamless (and enjoyable!). 3. I’ve come away with three beautiful designs that reflect my style, the features of the property, and with nods to some of my passions in life too. 2. We will set up a video call appointment with the best interior designer for you.
3. We will then work on the perfect design for you, personalised to your home, lifestyle and budget.
4. Sit back and wait for your Design Dossier to arrive in your inbox! Depending on the package you select this could be a personalised moodboard, a carefully curated shopping list, a floor plan and a 2D visualisation.

We started our business as we wanted to change the perception of interior design, to make it accessible for everyone, with any budget. We got to work and created a different concept, with our core values being online, affordable and easy!

The important thing about our packages is that they are designed around you - your budget, your lifestyle and your preferences. They are a flat fee, no hidden costs, and we charge per room not per hour. We will bring the inspiration, provide you with solutions and remove the guesswork so you can have the confidence to go ahead and make the changes.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, all of our interior design packages are online. We will set up a video call appointment with the best interior designer for you, we will look at your room and really understand what you want to achieve. You can then sit back and wait for your Design Dossier to arrive in your inbox!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our interior design services are online therefore no changes have had to be made. In order to understand the project we ask for some room measurements from you as well as photographs or some videos of the space if required. We also see the room on the video call we arrange with you.
Mini Living
Our Mini package is only £295, and is perfect if you need to keep existing furniture and need the right finishing touches to complete your room. We will search for up to 10 items for you, to your budget and will create a moodboard and shopping list. You will also have a 20 minute video call with us, where we can see your space and you can ask any questions you have.
Midi Living
Our Midi package is £395 per room. This is perfect if you have a blank canvas and need inspiration and ideas for the whole room. We will search for up to 15 items for you, to your budget and will create a moodboard and shopping list. You will also have a 30 minute video call with us, where we can see your space and you can ask any questions you have. With this package we also provide floorplans so you can see the best layout options and a 2D visualisation to bring the room to life.
Maxi Living
Our Maxi package is £495 per room. This is for open plan multi functional rooms, such as an open plan living area. We will search an unlimited amount of items, to your budget and will create a moodboard and shopping list. You will also have a 45 minute video call with us, where we can see your space and you can ask any questions you have. With this package we also provide floorplans so you can see the best layout options and 2 x 2D visualisation to bring the room to life.
