Leaky Finders ironically enough did not find our leak. A full roof replacement was suggested, but repairs could be made to fix the leak for now.
We asked to just fix the leak. This was apparently an easy job as there were clear gaps in the roof shining light into the loft.
A few days later the roof was still leaking. A guarantee was given that it would be fixed, but to my surprise additional costs would be charged. To prevent being charged endlessly I asked for a no-fix no-fee arrangement this time. John wasn't too confident to commit to that. As his service hadn't proved reliable I had 2 other roofers assess the roof. In contrast to what the Leaky Finders said:
- A new roof is NOT needed
- Current tiles ARE available
- Leaky Finders' job was absolute guess work
At most the front of the roof needed a new felt and the same tiles would be placed back, with a few broken tiles being replaced. Don't expect an honest service, they will take you for a ride and charge for unnecessary work when they get the chance.

Leaky finders - unprofessional, incompetent, sub-standard and unsatisfactory work. Nothing they did worked (constant leaks and overflowing guttering) and I had to have another roofer redo all the roofing & guttering work done. Avoid at all costs and use to your detriment. More...

From initial phone call to job completion, I found the leaky finders, polite, professional and knowledgeable.
They repaired our office roof on the Hagley road with minimum of fuss.

Top firm, work was done to a higher standard than i thought the price would warrant as was cheaper then some quotes i had (yes i risked cutting corners to save a few £), work was carried out promptly with no un solicited random additions to the overall price glad i choose over the other's, sublime job.
