Being kinder to our planet is something that is on the forefront of a lot of our minds so I was happy to see a company going back to basics using ethical and natural products rather than the awful chemical laden products now on the market. Kind Cleaning Co are so thorough and considerate. I chose to use their cleaning company because they offer a bespoke service with all vegan, natural products.
I had a consultation before they started, and was even invited to choose which essential oils I wanted to form the scents of the cleaning products they will use specifically for me. After the first clean they asked for feedback, took it all on board and continued to adapt and modify in line with my preferences and needs. So it really is a personalised service and so far I have been very impressed. The clean itself is very thorough and to my own high standard.
I’m 100% going to continue to use them for my weekly household clean.

How long have you been in business?
Between us the founders have been involved in the house cleaning industry for the last 20 years but have recently this year taken the plunge and started our own company based around our core values.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We will bring all of our own cleaning products and cleaning cloths etc, which we have thoroughly researched to ensure they are aligned with our company values of being kind to humans, kind to animals and kind to the environment. We will however require a mop and bucket and hoover on the premises unless previously agreed.
What do you love most about your job?
Being part of the solution! We founded this company hoping to make a difference to the world in our own small way. Being able to earn a wage by challenging the assumption that you can't have a beautifully clean, fresh scented home without the use of harsh synthetic chemicals is very satisfying!
What inspired you to start your own business?
By this point you have probably gathered that we have strong values around ethical issues! Having started families the founders became more concerned than ever about the environmental and ethical problems facing our planet. I first became interested in natural cleaning products due to my daughters eczema and asthma, my business partner had strong views about the environmental impacts of cleaning products and once we both began researching about the chemicals in our cleaning products and their effects we were moved to do more than just change our own homes and so Kind Cleaning was born.
