What do you love most about your job?
I think I have the best job in the world! I absolutely love seeing the improvement between horse and human within the first couple of hours! Being able to help someone who has been struggling with undesirable or unsafe behaviour from their horse or is suffering with negative emotions around their horse, whether it be out in the field or out at competitions and see them gain in confidence and knowledge is very satisfying:)
Helping someone with their general riding skills gives me an enormous sense of satisfaction too I see them gain a better control and understanding of the horse they are riding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to set my own principles and work in alignment for what is important to the horse and not just to the client. I wanted the horses to be recognised for what they bring to the situation and not just be 'used' for human desires or wants. I couldn't find anyone else offering what I do so decided that I had better do it! :)
Why should our clients choose you?
The testimonial page on my website gives a good indicator of how happy my clients are with the service I offer. At the end of the day, it's all about the horse. It's got to be that way because the horse didn't ask to be put in the situation it is in. When a person looks at things from the horse's point of view, massive change can happen....and I mean MASSIVE!!
