I asked Andrea to come out to give me a quote for painting the walls, ceiling and woodwork on a 3 bedroom semi detached house we are looking to buy. She was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. She took the trouble to price each room so as we could pick and choose if we wanted her to do the whole house or if we wanted to do some of the smaller rooms ourselves to keep within our limited budget. Her rates are very competitive and if the vendor accepts the offer we put in and we end up getting the property then I will definitely be using Andrea for the work. More...
