I always love any treatments I have with Di. They are always so relaxing and personalised to what I want to work on physically and or spiritually and emotionally. Today my session was made even more relaxing by having a hydrotherm massage. It was like having a beautiful full body massage while floating on a cloud of the warm water bed. It was so relaxing and nurturing and really helped with the back pain I have been experiencing lately and relieving tension in my body. I booked in for Reiki with Kevin last week because I'd had a really difficult and traumatic day. I was feeling pretty rotten, mentally and physically. I walked in with a banging head, tinnitus, and anxiety through the roof. Kevin has such a wonderful calming presence that the healing starts before the treatment! I had the most wonderfully relaxing Reiki session. My headache and tinnitus disappeared and I felt that Kevin gave me the strength to get through a really otherwise horrible day. Went on the 5 week baby massage course with Donna and can't recommend it enough! 🥰 Donna was amazing with both babies and mams. My little one was quiet unsettled at the start but I was reassured by Donna and the other mums and I'm so glad we kept going as I've seen such a difference in my little girl from the first week to the final week! Just finished the Quantum Breath Energy Healing Level one-Online class with Di Wilson. I really enjoyed the class and have learn't so much about new and different ways to work with energy. Di is a great tutor, very knowledgeable, understanding and patient, she makes the whole experience a 'fun' one whilst teaching. The other course members were so lovely too. I whole heartedly recommend Aurora - Mind, Body, Soul. I have experienced the treatments with both Andy and Natalie. They are so knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. I then experienced learning level one reiki with Natalie. I’m actually lost for words to explain just how good this was. Natalie is so knowledgeable, passionate, warm and caring and explains it so well and then backs this up with hands on experience. We talked through so much and I found myself lost in a world of reiki. I was even given a volunteer to try my reiki skills on with an outcome I was not expecting. Andy and Natalie are on a journey and I want to be part of that. If you are struggling to understand what some aches and pains might be, book in and give this a try. The business caters for so much. Aurora is such a tranquil place, you can sense it immediately, even before you meet the Aurora team. I've had several Reiki sessions with Natalie, and what can I say other than she is amazing! Natalie truly is a Lightworker, in both her craft and conversation. Donna has also worked her magic in her baby massage sessions, my grandson always left content, chilled, and the majority of the time flat-out. Another pro to her sessions is that it gives both bonding time, as well as for mams to share their experiences. Phoebe's yoga class is also amazing, it doesn't matter what level your at, or what your fitness is, her sessions provide a space where you focus on yourself, and leave everything else behind, at least for an hour... believe me, that makes a difference! I had the pleasure of Andy's chair massage & Ruby's drumming at a retreat offered by Aurora, which were really awesome. I highly recommend the chair, Andy is a lovely soul. Having heard Ruby play her magic, I cant wait to make it to her soundbath sessions at Aurora. Since then I have completed Hot & Cold Stones massage, Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing and most recently completed my Reiki 1st Degree. I love working with Di she is amazing at what she does. I am a member of Di's Living Magically Membership group, which is an amazing space to be in with lots of like minded ladies always there to listen and encourage. I will defiantly be continuing this next year. I have also just completed the Remembering Your Light Challenge for the 4th time. If you are wondering should I give it a go??Just do it, I promise you wont regret it. You will finish the week feeling great and take away some amazing tools that you can use daily to keep you on the right track and shining bright. Also pick up a few friends along the way. I went to Di on 6/9/22 to be trained in crystals healing and character balancing. what a lovely lady Di is, so down to earth, full of love and light. I couldn't have asked for a better tutor/teacher. she was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable in her presence. The Healing Touch venue itself is absolutely divine and calming. if anyone is wanting to be trained in holistic therapies/healing, please go to Di. her little stories about her life inspired me and her philosophy is beautiful.
