Life Coaching

I was at a time in my life where I felt that I was not where I wanted to be, I had low confidence and self esteem issues that prevented me from fulfilling my potential. I had self sabotaging patterns playing out in my life that prevented me from having what I wanted. Sharon helped me to develop tools to diffuse my anxiety and to cope with stressful situations. Sharon has supported me through some tough transitions. She has encouraged me to see the direction I wanted to go, follow it and break down the barriers that I faced. "I didn't ever think I could manage my anxiety until I was introduced to Sharon. My anxiety was at an all time high and firstly she reassured me that I could overcome this. She is strong, compassionate, positive and caring in everything she advises and this gave me the strength to believe in myself and feel worthwhile again. Having the experience and knowledge to help people overcome anxiety and seeing the difference it makes once they realise that with a set of newfound skills and tools, they can live and manage it effectively and potentially eradicate it altogether.

I have suffered with anxiety all my life and at times it has been really debilitating. I became a health coach for the NHS and found that I could easily help patients suffering with anxiety by using my own experiences. But I realised there was a lot more I could do to help, not just with anxiety but with challenges life throws at us. Its such a passion for me, I knew I had to do this as a full time career, so I enrolled on courses to get qualified and here I am!!

Because I have been there!! I know the challenges that come with anxiety, I now know how to combat them. I am friendly, personable and passionate about what I do. My clients are my priority, I am here for them..

Yes. All my services are delivered on-line via Zoom. Each session will last approximately 60 minutes.

As my services are on line, I have not had to make any adjustments.

Services

You are the only expert in your entire life who truly knows who you are and what you need. Only you can recognise what is absolutely best for you. As your coach, I can help you discover what your own personal "best" might be. Every day we make choices to do or not do many things. These choices may range from life-changing to trivial and each one has an effect that makes our lives either more or less fulfilling, more or less balanced, that make our process of living either more or less effective. My approach helps you learn how to break down those barriers and make choices that create an effective, balanced and fulfilling life.

Anxiety can be debilitating, unforgiving, frustrating or maybe just a little bit of an annoying irritant that wont leave you alone. It can also feel like a monumentous task to tackle it. Whatever it is for you, I personally understand what you are going through. I wont only be teaching you what I have learnt through my qualifications but more importantly from my own experiences with it. Sharing my story has benefitted my patients and clients enormously and helped them realise they are not alone.

I have designed a unique 90 day anxiety programme but also offer individual sessions if this is not for you.

I have written a structured life coaching programme to help you RESET and get back on track with living life the way you want to live it. The programme offers 7 sessions with in between support and the skills you learn along the way will help you for the rest of your life. As a qualified Health & Wellbeing Coach I can support you through weight loss and fitness goals to ensure your lifestyle is the best it can be for you. We will look at your barriers and challenges past and present and work at finding a manageable and sustainable plan by setting goals based on your end goal. As a Health & Wellbeing Coach I have knowledge and experience working with people with long term health problems such as Pre and Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, poor mobility, low level mental health and hypertension to name but a few.
