Can't actually rate their service as they never showed up to collect the keys even though it was arranged earlier in the week. Had it booked in for months and we were let down at the last minute with no contact at all. I wouldn't trust them to look after my pets if they can't even sort their diary to pick up keys. Amazing dog walkers. We have been supported through the flexibility required of a new puppy, an elderly and unwell dog and even the adjustment for the younger to being on his own. Anytime we have needed last minute visits or walks we have been accommodated and it is never an inconvenience. Our dog loves his walks and gets so excited when he hears the van he can barely contain himself! I couldn’t rate the happy pet company any higher. The service Steven and his team offer is second to none. My fiancé and I always dreamed of getting a dog but never thought we would be able to, due to us both working full time. However working with the happy pet company made this dream a reality and we now even have a second dog! Without them this wouldn’t be possible, they have been looking after my boys for two years now and I can’t thank them enough. I use this company for adhoc toilet visits for my dog if I know im going to be late on a particular day. Its so easy to book online and the feedback form and photo always make me smile when im at work and halo loves her visits.

My dog, Tierney has been walking with The Happy Pet Company since she was a 15 week old puppy. She started getting puppy visits then upgraded to full group walks. She has been walked for 18 months with The Happy Pet Company and she loves it and it gives me peace of mind during the day that she is with people who clearly care for my dog as if she is their own. They are flexible to your needs and without their help I would of struggled with Tierney when my mum was in hospital for a period of time. By taking her out, I could spend more time with my mum. Can’t rate them more highly and I love seeing the photos out with her friends. When I was nervy about letting her off her lead, seeing photos of her off her lead encouraged me to do it and she is great. As long as Tierney is with us, there will be a place for Steven, Jodie and the gang in her life. More...

I have just used this company for the first time. My partner was scared to fly so we never went abroad. Finally convinced him and booked Steven from the company to
Come and chat to me regarding the service. He was excellent, explained everything to me and how to use the online check in system
Which is excellent. I come home late last night to 3 very happy cats settled in their own home.

Steven kept me updated when we were away with loads of pictures and feedback which I found fantastic.

I will be using this company going forward and I would highly recommend your services.
