my wife booked an appointment with the Good Health Practice for me, she told me the reason being was my attitude to her, and life, was all wrong and i needed to sort myself out(in my head) i was very reluctant to go, but i can honestly say its the best medicine ive ever taken. it was suggested to me that there was "2" of me in my head ,one of them making me so depressed, tired, bad tempered ,and all of the other rubbish ive stored away, they had to go , I wanted the old me back. after counselling with Hypnotherapy, what a difference its made to me and my attitude to life in general. I have the old me back, but this time I have the ammo to deal with those problems on my terms, and not pills and booze. all that crap that controlled my thinking and feelings, gone!! thank you 'Good Health' I now know that I can always get a top up if needed. What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients to reach their true potential, which it is in us all to achieve, with kindness, courtesy. understanding and the the life skills, I have acquired over the years. You are never alone if you can share the problem. With another person in trust and confidentiality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having personally suffered the agonies of the NHS waiting system, and qualified has B.Sc. (Hons) Counselling
and Psychology, and a member of the BACP. I believe that I could help my client to better health, providing a speedy, value for money experience, with no waiting time, in a secure, confidential environment.
