I had some personal training sessions with Becky the summer after having my daughter. Becky puts a lot of thought into the sessions and is post natal trained so able to deliver a safe and effective workout to get you back in shape. She is reasonably priced, and very flexible. She put together training and diet plans for me - that were actually achievable! And she even did some group sessions with my friends and I, where we could take the babies too. I go to Beckys bootcamp on a Saturday and it's great. I started 6 weeks after I had my daughter, and Becky was great, she showed me different exercises I could do and let me go at my own pace. I have had Becky guide me with a structured fitness plan for the last 8 week's. I am overwhelmed with the results I have seen so far.
It is achievable and works around by busy life style. I still get to enjoy the odd night out too!
Becky is always there whenever I have had a question or need extra guidance, being encouraging and motivational when i have needed it.

I initially signed up for an 8 week plan with Becky as I wanted to try something different after being a little stop start with my gym work outs previously, this has meant I have always yoyo'd with my weight. Well I have finished my 8 week plan and I am so happy with the results I have not only lost weight and inches I feel I have started to break my previous trend and make good choices regarding my health and fitness all with the guidance of Becky when needed, I can't recommend her enough as she helps keep your workouts varied and interesting and changes things just at the right time, I am now moving forward with week 9 of my plan and I just want to keep going and going..... I don't live in Thame, near Becky at the fit thing so she wrote me a programme instead. I just wanted to tone up as i don't actually need to lose weight, so wasn't really sure i needed help from anyone. You don't realise how much you do need help until someone does help you! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use various techniques from High intensity interval training, circuit weight training, weight training, kettle bells, battle ropes and boxing.
I make sure my clients are enjoying their workouts and getting results at the same time.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Eating right, Training and being confident in your own skin.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing clients get results. When someone comes to me with low fitness levels then after weeks of training can talk while jogging, can do a wall sit for longer than they could have imagined, when those new jeans are fitting better than ever- I love my job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am very driven and motivated. I found working in this setting suited my personality best.
