I’m sorry but I feel it’s only fair to write an honest review. I booked a Fortnite themed party for my sons 9th Birthday more than half a year in advance & unfortunately we were let down last minute as the performer I was being supplied had other work come up. Katie was very honest & apologetic about this & stressed this has never happened before, so I feel the chances are slim of this happening to anyone else but thought it was still worth the ‘heads up’ if you are considering booking. Katie did her best & worked very hard to find a different company to lead the party as I didn’t want to cancel. She kept me well informed/updated & luckily found someone else to take over. Although it wasn’t the party we were hoping for considering the money spent, it was definitely better than nothing at all. Katie seems lovely personally, it’s just a real shame we couldn’t experience an ‘Enchanted Factory’ party as they look/sound amazing. However they are a small business, so I’d recommend giving them a chance & the benefit of the doubt. I know Katie is looking into their current system to try & prevent this happening to someone else in the future. More...

Our themed parties are the most exciting, hilarious, colourful and vibrant parties around! Those who book us are always blown away by our energy, vibrancy and efficiency.
We can do as much or as little as you would like, from sending our most professional performers to play your favourite characters, organising a venue, decorating it and sourcing a birthday cake, just tell us what you would like and we will make your dreams come true!
What do you love most about your job?
The best thing about my job is creating magical theatrical party experiences for children. It is so rewarding to make children's dreams come true by introducing them to their favourite princess or superhero, and making them laugh with silly party games because laughter is the best medicine!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked with lots of different companies over the years, I have developed a clear sense of style within my work. My theatrically designed parties, with specialised party performance and character portrayal are completely unique and will give you child and day to remember.

THE TEAM HISTORY
Katie & Abbey have worked together for over 10 years on various different theatrical projects. They first met at Middlesex University and have remained good friends ever since. The combination of their vast theatrical knowledge and organisation skills, picked up by each running their own companies, means that The Enchanted Factory are able to offer the most creative, imaginative and cutting edge parties and the most effective and flexible service around.
