Went in for a breakfast waited 45 minutes for food which then came out cold & missing items. I understand the waiting time cannot be helped but I would’ve liked to have been informed of this. After waiting all that time I expected to have a hot breakfast on my plate . The staff were not apologetic & simply seemed like they didn’t care. It would have been nice to have been served at all. Came in heavily pregnant and with a little baby in a buggy. Asked if I could sit inside or outside, was told I could sit anywhere by the guy who just took someone’s order at the table. Navigated the buggy to an outside table, waited 15 minutes while I was being ignored then left. The place was not busy, and the waitress was chatting to her pals all this time at one of the tables. Even if I should have ordered at the counter seeing a heavily pregnant woman navigating another wee one in a buggy could have done with more kindness. More...

Came in at 13:30 for what should of been a quick lunch with an hour to spare before an appt. 25 minutes just to get a glass of cola and then a further 25 for a toastie (for one) leaving me no time to actually eat it in. Called 15 minutes before placed order told be ready in 10 to then arrive in shop and hadn't even started to make lunch then told would be further 10 no apologies just asked if a wanted to just leave it felt more pushed into that answer not good when you only have 45 minutes for lunch

Stopped for a coffee and cake today-we sat outside because we had our 2 dogs with us. The staff were so polite and friendly and as soon as they saw we had the dogs brought out a bowl of water for them ❤️ Coffee and cake were delicious.
