Double garage converted to a bedroom with en-suite. Completed in April 2022 and still haven’t managed to get it signed off with the council as the stack pipe is not the correct height. Have chased several times, lots of excuses and then just ignored. Lots of cracks appearing on the walls too. The team have just completed a garden room for us and we couldn't be happier. Everyone that worked on site was very friendly and efficient. Conservatory completed at the start of February 2022, however to date still no Building Warrant. I had assumed the delay was due to the Local Authority however after 6 months queried how long they normally take. Was advised that the electrician had never signed off the electrics and needed a follow up visit to have the downlights tested. Waited a month for an appointment from the electrician, chased again. When the electrician finally attended he had his tester on the wrong setting so failed the electrics and stated I needed a new RCD. The RCD operates as it should when using the correct setting on the tester when I had my own electrician attend. Still waiting and chased another 3 times so far but no contact from Conservatory Renovation Co. electrician. It is disappointing having the constantly chase for the Building Warrant that costs an additional fee after initially being thrilled with my new sunroom. More...

CRC was recommended by a friend - they did not disappoint. Arrived on time, gave a full, clear estimate of the work to be undertaken to replace our polycarbonate roof with a solid, well insulated one. Gave a start date, worked to the schedule given and the end result exceeds expectations. We are delighted and recommend this company, without reservation. Love our new room! Each tradesman that came was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even minor changes to the plan. So easy to deal with from start to finish each and every tradesman who turned up was totally professional. We just supplied tea and rolls they supplied the magic. All the paperwork for the guarantee was posted out to us after the job was completed and it was inspected jointly by us and Dave after completion to make sure we were happy. Can’t recommend this company enough, they removed a load bearing wall and moved a few doors for us recently. Not only are they reasonably priced, their tradesmen were superb, they worked until the job was done and left no mess behind themselves. I can not recommend this company highly enough, from costing to completion the whole experience went smoothly with no fuss and I have a conservatory now that I can enjoy all year round. The Director is rude and doesn't follow through on his promises. Some of the workmen have no respect for your property. Courtesy and consideration is absent. I have had a conservatory getting built next door, with my garden being the access to the site, and I have experienced damage, disrespect and bullying by the workmen and director. This company gets a Zero rating from me in how they negatively interact with neighbours who give them access. More...

Chris gave me a quote before seeing garage, it was bigger than standard garage but he kept price at original quote. Said job would be started the following week and would take a day & a bit to finish, guys turned up as arranged and had the old asbestos type roof removed and new roof on within one day (photo on this Facebook page). Guys were on time, took all rubbish away, tidied up and did a great job, garage looks 100 times better. Had a little problem with electric door not closing properly, spoke to Chris at 4 o'clock on a Friday afternoon and he had someone here at 8.30am on the Saturday morning
