Just supposedly had my house deep cleaned by Clean Genie. They arrived late with no apology. The standard of cleaning was very poor. Dust and dirt was moved around but NOT removed. Shower tray, bedside table, toilets, pictures, floors still filthy. One of the staff said " This sort if house doesn't look any different after it's been cleaned". Not if they do it it doesn't. Still charged the full amount even though I complained and sent photos!! More...
