What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people either reach their goals and feel good about being on the right path for them. I helping them realise that they are very powerful and help them gain back the empowerment they have within themselves to transform and overcome any obstacle, gained clarity, confidence, calmness. It is a therapy where clients can potentially reached such a relaxed state, that worries, stresses can just melt away.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came to start my own business when I felt I could help people overcome the obstacles in my mindset when I was diagnoses with a serious illness. Hypnotherapy helped me so much when going through my treatment 6 years ago and it gave me such empowerment. It gave me a really strong, positive strong mindset and it definitely helped me move forward to enjoy my life and to never get stuck in a rut again. Before I became ill, I was in a job I didn't like, travelling to the City, doing long hours and getting very stressed. Thats the reason why I started my own business to help others, see they can move out of a negative state and into a more powerful, calm, confident energy space through hypnosis. When you reach the positive mindset, opportunities and joy opens up everywhere.
Why should our clients choose you?
From my feed-back of clients, they say I have a very genuine caring way, a way that is not judgemental, I listen to them carefully allowing them to have a safe space to talk confidential and be a supportive to them. To help them in very gentle and guiding way to reach their highest potential or overcome negative thoughts and patterns that are not helping them lead a happy and healthy life. I will do everything I can and be honest with the client in what I can do for them. If I feel they need a specific other therapy that is more suited to them, then I will refer this as I want them to get the appropriate help so they can lead a happier and more fulfilled life.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I can provide online service or remotely too. I can use zoom, skype, Microsoft team and a host of other social media means. I also have a large purpose-built office/timber lodge at the end of my garden which provide me with a great big space for privacy with an option for me to carry out hypnosis sessions with clients online without disturbance or equally carry out hypnotherapy sessions on a face to face basis with my clients, if they prefer this and do live locally or may wish to travel to my location in Essex for hypnotherapy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of the sessions, can be online. However, if a client is local and prefers to have a face to face session, I do ensure my office/therapy space is kept clean, by using the anti-bacterial sprays, wear the appropriate face masks, keep a safe distance, use hand-sanitisers /wipes before the client arrives and after clients leave my premises. I will adhere to government guidelines on this matter at all times to ensure the client does feel comfortable attending face to face hypnotherapy sessions if that is their preference. Otherwise, with online sessions, the safety is not needed to be applied as we will be doing the sessions remotely via online means.
Hypnotherapy
Fees: 1 hour session is £75.00 or
a discount is applied if 4 sessions booked and pre-paid in advance. Cost is then £275.00 (for 4 x 1 hour sessions).
There are different types of hypnotherapy, and different ways of hypnotising someone. First, you'll usually have a talk with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree what methods your therapist will use. After this, the hypnotherapist may: lead you into a deeply relaxed state – most people feel refreshed and relaxed after. Normally 4 sessions are needed to overcome a fear, bad habit or phobia.
Reiki
Reiki fees:
1 hour Reiki session is £60.00
Reiki works on the mind, body and spirit. It helps kick start the energy system to help overcome blocks and improves overall tge feeling of well-being and relaxation. It can help relieve low mood, pains, aches, fears, anxiety and stress. If a client does not feel ready at first to partake in a talkng therapy then Reiki is a good first step as its good for the mind, body and spirit. Its is a very relaxing energy modality.
Marconics No Touch Therapy
Fees: 1 hour is £75.00
Marconics is a method used to help the body, mind, spirit and your energy levels upgrade by running a protocol of the 'no touch method'. Its a very relaxing but powerful therapy. Its becoming increasing popular as this modality works on a much higher frequency than other 3D modalities. Its been in the UK for few years but is more well-known in the USA and Japan, wheres in Japan its becoming increasingly popular & more in demand than Reiki. See details on www.Marconics.com
HypnoReiki
90 minutes session is £95.00
A wonderful fusion of Reiki and Hypnotherapy which works on such deep levels in a 90 minute session that it shifts and transforms the client's goals and set intentions in a positive powerful way for the client. My hands on Reiki and agreed hypnosis suggestions by the client and I really work effectively. I also help the client with a real deep chakra clearing session within the therapy.
