I am passionate about supporting individuals in their personal development, and i thrive upon supporting individuals in their journey.

I have had my own business for over 15 years and this is the journey that feels right for me.

I offer a safe, calm space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts.

We will work together to identify your goals for therapy.

I am flexible to change, and open to your own ideas and needs for changing direction to maximise the benefits of therapy if you feel throughout the therapy your goals change.

I provide online therapy through zoom. I provide telephone therapy, and also provide face to face therapy.

I quickly changed to online when the pandemic hit. However, times are changing again and face to face is something i can provide, when providing face to face i provide space between client and therapist with use of masks and sanitiser.
