The Bo-Ho Catering Co. is a food business born out of my love for cooking and giving people truly brilliant dining experiences. I have a couple of catering units which are great for different occasions but the main things I focus on are sweets/desserts or a BBQ offering.

Lewis (from The Gondola Food Group) provided the catering for our wedding and he was absolutely fantastic. From initial contact to providing the food on the day, he's been very attentive and accommodating to our needs and requests.
Lewis delivered a fantastic coal BBQ with a selection of meats that we chose alongside an array of salads that were maintained throughout the course of the meal. For our pudding option, Lewis had his Crepe Gondola which both looked fantastic and delivered tasty crepes to our guests with an array of topping options! For our evening meal, Lewis then provided pulled pork baps/nachos which was the perfect treat to fill hungry, drunken bellies after all the dancing!
Feedback from the food has been incredibly positive. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ, which served the food up quickly and cooked to perfection. The crepes were also delicious, and the pulled pork was amazing too! I enjoyed it, and it really fitted with our more relaxed, rustic wedding vibes.
We have also had some excellent feedback from the vegetarians at our wedding, who said it was some of the best vegetarian food they've had at such an event. Lewis really did accommodate everyone to a high and professional standard, and it was highly praised and well received accordingly.
A big thank you to Lewis and his team at The Gondola Food Group for providing such excellent food at our wedding. The perfect choice for our day!

What’s your signature dish?
Our 24hr BBQ pulled pork, served on nachos or in a bap. Served with house BBQ sauce, cheese, crispy onions and jalapenos

I wanted to do something i was pasionate about and thats what pushed me to do it.

Casual Wedding Catering
I can offer a casual take on a wedding meal, providing a selection of charcoal cooked BBQ options that we pre plan with the bride and groom to ensure everyone is happy. We can serve from our unit or we can deliver into a venue for guests to be served inside.
