Amazing customer service and communication. Consistently providing monthly updates on our new stadium at Plough Lane. The videos have also been of great quality and I have overall enjoyed working with this company.
What do you love most about your job?
Each Job is a new experience, one day we may be surveying a new construction site, the next day we find ourselves making a music video, and on day 3 we are filing a sports event. Each have their own challenges, but the majority are outside in the fresh air. The perfect Office!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I studied Photography at Sydney University (Australia) so I've always had more than a keen interest in Photography and Film. As Drones became widely available and the technology improved, the opportunity to create a business was overwhelming. I had been self-employed for the past 20+ years in a different industry, so from a business perspective it was a no brainer.

We are a professional company, any work we carry out comes with a guarantee that if you’re not happy with what we have produced for you, we will go back to site and film it again. We have Pilots around the UK all licenced and insured.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The Air People will still be providing aerial drone photography/videography services. However, there have been a strict safety precautions changes made to abide by the government guidelines to keep everyone safe.
The additional safety precautions set are, everyone on site must always keep a 2 meters distance and wear a face mask. Additionally, since majority of our planning is pre-planned digitally, there is no need for a third person party to be on-site. Once the pilot has completed their job, they will send the footage to you and if you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will return to site to ensure the job is carried out until you are satisfied.
