What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I can be part of a business and an individual's success. I take great pride in helping people achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have spent over 15 years in sales and management. I have a natural passion for coaching and training and get a buzz from the effect that it has had on my staff over the years.
I decided to share my methods with other business and therefore other staff.

My solutions are not off the shelf. They are tailored to each business and each staff member. I create a bespoke strategic business plan and my coaching methods use a variety of principles including NLP, Rockefeller theory and other techniques.
I have also founded and managed 2 successful businesses with no external financial input so I can appreciate the blood, sweat and tears that go into making creating a thriving company.

Training and refreshers
An initial professional training programme designed for your sales, management, customer service, team leaders, and senior management followed by ongoing refresher training once a year.
Wellness and Mental Support
This is a quarterly one day course suitable for all staff and supports the staff mental wellness at work.
Management Development Programme
A specialist and bespoke programme for aspiring leaders within the business. Starting with a management development 3 day training course followed by 1 day of training per quarter.
I also offer an advancement management programme for senior managers.
