Dawn is extremely rude, im unsure how she is branch manager when she speaks to client with no respect. They regularly dont return emails, even when our house was disgusting and mouldy when we first moved in!!!! DONT GO NEAR

Louise and the team have been great at Tetris UK. Everything from moving in to the final move they have been supportive and informative. Tetris has been the second agency I've used in the past two years and I thought they were great. The customer service is beyond amazing and they're more than willing to make sure everything is going well. Unlike most agencies, tetris are understanding of the fact that some individuals find themselves in tough situations and they do actually try their best to help. They aren't the 'plague' and for the person that mentioned they were. She was completely out of line seeing as how I lived with her during our tenancy with Tetris. It turns out she should be avoided.
