Firstly the Planning Stage - If Planning Permission is required, follow Local Authority's procedure.

Next is the Initial Project Survey to establish the fundamentals regarding the Foundations etc.

Along with the Project Survey, the Design process is completed with a clear design of what is required.

Once the works are ready to complete, the first thing we go through is the site setup process, including team briefs on all matters concerning the Project.

The actual construction/conversion proces goes as follows:
1. Footings/Foundations works (if applicable).
2. Structural works (if applicable).
3. All required inspections by Local Authority.
4. All required Cavity Wall (including insulation where required) and Brick works additions and/or alterations.
5. All required Roofing alterations and any other works to make new building water-tight.
6. All required Insulation works.
7. All required Electrical and/or Plumbing and Heating works (if applicable).
8. All required finishing works, including Dry-Lining, Plastering, Tiling, Suspended Ceilings, Sanitary Ware and/or Decoration etc.
9. All required Certfication and After Care.

Tetrad Home Ltd is a new arm of our business, but each of our four Director's have been in the industry for 20+ years.

We have a standard 12 months After Care Service which is part and parcel of every single item of works we carry out. This standard part of our service forms our standard 12 month Guarantee. We also offer a further 2 year Guarantee option that you can add to any of our services for that extra piece of mind.

We love creating exactly what the Client wants. It is sometimes straight forward in terms of the type or design of an installation, but it is most definitely a skill we have realised, respected and grown, and that has helped make our job so so enjoyable.

We have collectively all been in the industry for around a couple of decades and feel there has always been something missing from a lot of companies within the Construction Industry. We have seen what it takes and understood what is missing. Our meticulous planning and understanding only grew until the point that we said, collectively, we can do better. Our whole service is managed and controlled by an App based Integral Management System with all of our team members completely connected and having access to all relevant documentation and information regarding their works on any given project. This enables us to deliver on time every time and, along with guaranteed delivery, the Customer Service you wish for and deserve.

With good information and pictures we can carry out everything upto the quotation/proposal stage online/remotely through emails and WhatsApp.

In line with the current measures, we have Project specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements and an item specific Tool Box Talk system. We communicate all and any changes as and when they occur to all of our Team Members both verbally and electronically, always making sure that everyone is clear with everything.

We have an in-house testing system and have carried out testing throughout the pandemic and will continue to do so until it is deemed necessary.
In the event of either having symptoms or coming into contact with someone, that has either tested positive or has symptoms, all of our Team Members are aware of the isolating procedure they are required to follow.
