Instructed Tetdjim to assist in producing structural design (including foundations) with building regs calculations for a significant build. Build included a rear/side double storey extension with a loft conversion.

I hired Tetdjim because he was proactive in his approach towards me from the outset and was freely forthcoming with information even before knowing whether or not he was going to be officially appointed. He has done what he said he would do and I have not had to chase him up, to date.

It has given me so much confidence knowing that I am going to have such a competent, knowledgeable and approachable professional overseeing my project.

Tetdjim has agreed a very reasonable fixed price to oversee my project until it gets full Building Control approval. Therefore, I know that their is not going to be any nasty unexpected costs at a later date. Furthermore, I have not haggled on the price with him because I know with the additional insight he freely volunteers I have a great deal.

Tetdjim was on-site assessing my project less than 48 hours after we first spoke and on a Saturday morning.

Tetdjim is very modest and does not advertise some of the projects he has worked on e.g. he informs me that he was the Chief Structural Engineer on construction of the Olympic Village in London. That in itself speaks volumes!!
