We had previously been to many brokers and even to the banks, but we never got any good feedback. With Richard we felt that we were taken good care of, and were in good hands. From our first meeting, Richard has been nothing but helpful. Being first time buyers, we didn’t understand many terms and conditions. But Richard was always kind enough to explain every line, if need be. Richard has been very efficient with receiving calls, and emails as soon as possible. After purchasing our home, Richard has still made sure that we are updated with letting all government departments know, ie registering with the council, and so on. Richard was recommended to me by a friend who has been his customer for a few years now. I was new to the whole buying/mortgages/letting agency chapter and needed somebody competent and confident making me understand what it is all about and guiding me through the steps to completion. Richard responded immediately to a meeting and went out of his way to commute to Essex which I really appreciated! He took his time to really talk every step through of what I need, have to do and where I’m going. Prior to the meeting he already suggested to bring in all relevant paperwork needed to speed up the process which certainly was the case. Within a few days already we had a mortgage fixed for the property desired. As I faced a few difficulties with the letting agency he even helped out here to have a smooth transition!
