How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Good nutrition creates health in all areas of our existence, you have to invest in yourself because being fit and healthy is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Eating a healthy diet will prevent 95% of all diseases and when you start to eat healthier then it becomes a habit. You do not need to eat less, you just need to eat right.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The best way to achieve your overall goal or target is to put in place a lot of small goals along the journey so that when you get to the end it has worked out how you imagined. If the small goals are not being achieved then you will become frustrated and your focus wanes. The small goals are easier to tweak as we go along, which always gets you back on track.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is very simple, it is one word "YOU"
You can do and be anything you want, you just have to put the work in. It is like a training session, you will get out of it, what you put into it. Train hard, eat well, enjoy your life.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is watching peoples lives transform in front of my eyes. Watching people getting fitter, losing weight, eating healthier, getting the job they have always wanted.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to help people who want to achieve things to make a better life for themselves. It is hard work at the beginning but becomes easier and then it becomes a way of life.
