Best care company to work for. Lovely staff in the office, fab rotas, I work on a 40 hr guaranteed hours contract, always paid well with no probs & work close to my home. Everyone is supportive, always there for you and really passionate about making sure the clients get the best possible care! Would not hesitate in any way to recommend how great this company is to work for. I have no idea what the person's mom in another review is going on about! Just not true at all and seems like sour grapes for no reason......I have no ideas why some people take to public places to vent and create malicious posts when it's none of their business and a lie. I even think I worked with the person's daughter and she had nothing bad to say about these guys, just that the role was not for her after working in such a different type of place before and not in care at all.When I read that review, it set something off inside me and I really wanted to post to say how untrue it is. None of us who work for the company work anywhere near close to 11pm at night, the company don't allow it! We are all paid really really good wages each week and runs are great, when they are not as good Teasdale will often top up wages for you on contracts to help their staff! What company out there would be willing to do that!?. I have worked for these guys for well over 5 months now, I LOVE LOVE LOVE everyday. I have found them to be caring, kind, and honest. I myself have been through a really really difficult few months personally and this company have done everything in their power to support me, be there for me and help me through what I have been going through, to me they really are fantastic. The lady who manages it and the people who own it are always available for not just me but for all their other care assistants too, all the time, and no matter what the issue is or what support or guidance is needed. We are treated as a big team. The care their elderly folk receive who they look after is second to none, no one is unhappy and I've not come across anyone who has complained about their service at all. Great company, great care staff. These guys are really dedicated to care and also ensure they offer some of the best working conditions to their staff. Used to work for a shocking company in Longton based out of someone's home, thought it was normal, it is not, they were simply awful, didn't and do not care about the staff or their clients at all. Moved to Teasdale not long ago and couldn't be happier, professional and genuine, great training, induction and support. Great take home pay too. 5 star company. More...

Fantastic, tirelessly hard working company and staff.We recently lost my mum, it has taken me quite a few months to grieve and come to terms with her passing. I now feel ready to carry on with my life, and although she will be deeply missed, we all want to have some normality. One of the first things on my to do list is to tell you about how wonderful this company were in caring for my mum, right up to the end. They have supported her for almost 2 years, and throughout this time none of us have a bad word to utter about them. The carers my mum had were outstanding, the care she received; outstanding, what everyone in this company did for my mum; again outstanding. If my mum was still with me she would say exactly the same, and no doubt she will be watching me write this with a calm and content smile on her face as her last thank you to you all. God Bless. Fab company, recommended to the highest of levels! They look after my granny, she is always so happy with her carers, they are great, helpful, caring, kind and do a credit to all carers out there. Couldn't be happier with the service we have, my granny has got so much better in spirits since Teasdale Healthcare have been providing her care, she is now up and waiting for them to come in a morning to help her with a smile. Recommending publicly to everyone who takes the time to read this.Teasdale have looked after my mother for over 2 years, ALL their care ladies are brilliant, every single one. In all the time we have had care through/done by Teasdale we have never had to complain, not once and every time we need to call the office, there is always someone there to help with what we need.The care this company and all of their superb Care Assistants provide is truly second to none. When anyone says who cares for your mum, or complains about a poor care company, or asks me who I would recommend I always say; oh you should have "Care by Teasdale" like its a known phrase......well if it's not already it really ought to be! Genuinely dedicated company with some of THE best carers out there.Teasdale Healthcare looked after my father, the support, dedication, care and compassion that the company and carers showed to my father, our family and everyone involved with looking after him was over and above what we ever imagined a care company would be able to do. The carers that work for this company are beyond fantastic. From our experience the company is well run, organised and completely devoted to providing an outstanding quality of care to all those who use the services. Fantastic care company, would not have any other company looking after my dad. Teasdale are now the 3rd company who we have had look after my dad who has Dementia, we finished care with the other 2 as they were poor. We did have a few doubts about Teesdale, mainly after reading some older poor reviews on here and with their CQC rating. After speaking with the owner, our doubts were partially put to the back of our minds, as he was passionate, and a really caring person clearly running the company for the right reasons. Teasdale have been caring for my dad for over 4 months now and they are really genuinely great, my dad is well looked after by their care team, he has regular carers who have got to know him well and look after him with everything he needs. All doubts about this company have gone, and I can not speak highly enough of their dedicated approach in this industry to getting it right. I now would not have any other company looking after him. My mother has been receiving care from Teasdale Healthcare for over 6 months now, we can not speak highly enough of the wonderful team of care assistants who look after my mum, nothing is too much for them, and they all go out of their way to make sure she is happy and safe. I speak to the office staff regularly and have spoken with the Manager a few times and Owner on a couple of occasions, they are all friendly, polite and courteous, all they wish is for my mum to receive the best quality of care. Everyone is very approachable, they all seem genuine and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for care for a relative, or for those looking for care for themselves, if you have the same experience as we have had, you won't be disappointed! Teasdale look after my mum, they are one of the best, if not the best care company out there who look after people in their own homes. My mum has quite complex health needs and day to day requirements, the carers who look after her from Teasdale are fantastic, experienced and always professional. My mum relies on her carers as part of her everyday life, she trusts them implicitly and we have never been let down or disappointed by this company. Care Assistant
Work for these guys right now, not sure what the bad reviews are about....been with them for about 8 months now. All the ladies I work with as carers are great, we all get a set rota each week, things don't change, unless rota's are updated with any new clients. We get paid £9.45 at the mo, which is way better than a lot of companys, plus get mileage. Everyone who works in the office is lovely, they just had a new Manager who is way better than the last one too, the team is lovely to work for. Would recommend working for Teasdale to anyone wanting a career in care, they're brill. More...
