What’s your signature dish?
I am renound for my lemon drizzle cake and cinnamon and Chelsea buns.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to make people smile when they enjoy eating my delicious homemade savouries and cakes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Not everyone is able to go out for tea and cake, and the opportunity to have personal experience through enjoying the experience in your own home! I love making cakes and have the classic trollies, cake stands to complete the look.
