What’s your signature dish?
I love Italian and greek cuisine so i would say these are my favourites to cook, however I love making food look pretty so a touch of fine dining.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Talk the client find out about them what they like what memories of foods they have and then plan around that.
What do you love most about your job?
Every thing from the memories i help create through food to the growing and prepping of the food.
