Go Cardless has simplified the collection of our weekly match fees and annual subscription so as it not only takes a couple of hours and is far more effective with nearly 100 collection now rather than close to 70% before we adopted Go Cardless

Simple, logical process to set up. Dashboard is intuitive. On the occasion I had a query from one of my clients when they had a problem signing up, this was responded to and although not fully answered initially, I did receive a full response that enabled me to provide a reassuring explanation to my client.

I was introduced to GoCardless by my window cleaner, and I use it for payments by my veg boxes customers. It’s a fantastic system and works really well. Very secure, customers love it too.I do have one issue - it is not Mobile Friendly. As a small business I would very much prefer to process my payment requests during the day, but I have to wait until I get home and do them in the evening on a computer. We are a small family run business and were looking for a payment system where we could collect invoices in instalments rather than our clients having to pay in one hit. GoCardless ticks every box for us and works really well. We also use Xero so being able to link the two together has lessened the workload significantly. The charges are also very fair and reasonable in comparison to other providers. I am writing as a customer of a reputable vendor who used GoCardless. GoCardless took money out of my account, sat on it for two weeks, and then closed my vendor's account with no warning. They then said that I had to work through my bank to try and get my money back. I'm currently out roughly $2000, my vendor hasn't gotten paid, and both of us are spending hours fighting what seems to be a fraud instead of working on our businesses. Something very fishy here! Made verification payment from our company account, details as on the cheque book (account name etc matching gocardless name). Gocardless just kept saying payment didn't come from the account stated in Gocardless (they are identical).You can't speak to anyone to resolve and the 'verification' team apparently are too scared to talk on the phone to get matters resolved. Paypal do recurring payment so we went off to them as the process and integration with our online shop was easy. No verification issues and had there been I'm sure they would have been happy to try and resolve.UK banks and financial institutions certainly aren't helping UK business with COVID or BREXIT, we're DOOMED, DOOMED I tell ye. Nefasta experiencia despues de tener a todos los clientes afiliados y habiendo realizado mis verificaciones, en la afiliación de uno de los clientes sin haber enviado nada, contestaron que no pudieron verificar la cuenta del cliente y me cerraron la cuenta sin haber recibido los fondos indicando que los clientes tenian que solicitar al banco el pago, es decir, una locura UN DESASTRE TOTAL de Irresponsabilidad. Y además contestan como robots, te hacen perder el tiempo y el de tus clientes te paralizan el dinero y te responden que le digas a todos tus clientes que hablen con el Banco. Awful Service! Setup an account ans got an email saying it was completed. Processed a few payments for clients and then had an email from you saying my account was closing down when I did nothing wrong. No reasons or anything and your customer service is awful. Transaction processing is reliable, automated interfaces for mandate creation, payments and automatic refunds are working well, which is the heart of the service. We have not had any issues operationally where our system and GoCardless do not reconcile. However:1. GoCardless as an organisation chose to pass on its risks to its customers as a result of Covid, rather than absorbing them in the same way as most organisations did during the peak of covid2. Best practice advice around refunds is not best practice for some organisations - we had to redevelop a component of our interface after go live as a result of what we found operationally, rather than being told about it up front3. Payouts do not always happen in line with the stated 7 day cycle time and will not happen until the level of payments confirmed exceeds refunds - again we found out about this after go live and had to do some redevelopment to cater for the impact of this - knowing about this in advance of go live would have been helpful and saved on development costs. Everything has been perfect with GoCardless; their payment processing system is efficient and secure, and I always receive my payments on time. Their customer service, in my opinion, has been exemplary; emails are answered quickly, and the help and instructions given are spot on. The charges for using the service have risen in recent times, but still just about represent value for money, compared to the alternatives available to me. Mais dès que notre compte a été validé nous n'avons jamais eu de soucis. Les prélèvements sont effectués dans les délais, je trouve que le tableau de bord de suivie est très clair, on sait exactement quel client nous a payé.
