Raj Rizvi
Absolutely terrible. Tariq (aka Rik) was referred by an architect to work on my dwelling. In short, the worst possible experience and didnt finish the job, nor finish to any kind of acceptable standard, cost overruns, purchase of materials for other jobs, hidden electrical wires above ceilings, use of junctions, poor tiling, lies, all sorts.
FYI Rik/Tariq the proprietor is a crook and I wish I knew he was banned from the legal profession before i took him on - for siphoning money.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Aside from legal issues like restrictions requiring parking or change of use or whether planning permission is required if not under permitted development, factors such as existing construction of walls, floor and roof affect suitability for conversion as well as whether there are services already in the garage. Other factors such as headroom and floor level above ground also need to be considered.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Firstly to check with local authority what planning permission maybe required. Have plans prepared. Contact building control and make application. Then carry out the building works once everything is in place

The headroom achievable must meet the requirements under building control as well whether a staircase can be installed to gain access to the loft
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
First, having plans drawn up as well as structural calculations. If under permitted development then just building control application needs to be made.
