I've been working with Umer at TaxAssist Accountants since November 2020 and the excellent service he provides has been the difference between night and day in the level of expertise he brings when compared to other accountants in the local area. Within the first couple of days working with Umer, he was able to quickly identify inconsistencies/errors from my previous accounts filed from the previous accountants. He explained these issues clearly with me and was instrumental in a tax rebate of over £1000 due to these errors, which as a start up company, goes a long way. Yes we use cloud based accountancy packages like QuickBooks and Receipt Bank and we can provide services remotely. We also keep contact with the clients via Zoom meetings.

Following changes have been considering the Covid-19 situation:
- We use Zoom meetings or Skype for client meetings
- We use cloud based software to do clients bookkeeping
