What’s your signature dish?
We don't have a signature dish as we can cook anything and re create dishes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to our customers having had an initial meeting, from there we ask if they have any specific recommendations, they might have a specific colour scheme, from this we create the food around the event.
What do you love most about your job?
Outside catering is fantastic, you meet new people and become friends, over the years we have cooked for so many people and have created special memories for customers that will always remind you of this.
I love cooking as well which is a great start.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From being at Thomas Danny catering college it's something I've always wanted to do.
