I found Tarka originally by just using Google and was sceptical that for the money the quality and service might be less than perfect, however the end result was a good quality site that tells people exactly what I want them to know.
It is clear that I could easily have paid three or four times more elsewhere for the same end result.
Communication from the start was excellent and I was given updates to view as the design progressed. I was also given the opportunity to use my own ideas and designs but the design style that Tarka suggested was perfect for my needs in any case.
Bearing in mind the modest charge, the whole process was great value for money. I would use James again for any future projects.

Tarka Web design worked miracles for me, I had been working with another company who took my brief for the web site and then totally ignored it, so when James came along it was like a breath of fresh air, not only did he listen to my ideas, he followed my brief and came up with some things I would never have thought have.
Since James has done my website the sales have rocketed. I also signed up with James for the monthly plan where I get the Social media, SEO and Google Web Ads all done. 6 weeks on and I have taken on two members of staff just to cope with volume of sales.
Lastly I want to add how nice it is to have someone who knows his stuff but is patient enough to help me to understand everything, James is always at the end of the phone, well within reason and always ready to help me out of the hole I have dug for myself and although I believe James deserves his weekends off he has stayed up late on a Friday night sorting out google ad issues for me, James is a great guy and Tarka Web designs have really turned my business around, I was ready to give up and then James talked me around and I am glad he did.
