I believe that 'diet' is the wrong word to use. Diet gives the impression that it is short term change which will not be forever . I think life style change sounds better, because you want to sustain a healthy lifestyle and continue to maintain a particular weight. Living a healthy lifestyle will impact your wellbeing, allowing you to feel better and sustain good quality of life.

I work with all my clients on a 1-2-1 basis. We look at your goals and how we can work towards them. I do not believe in having goals which are far away, although they are helpful throughout, but I like to focus on achieving short-term goals. We must remember that each person is different, all programmes and fitness plans are personal to each person.

The secret is to remember that we aren't working towards a short term quick answer resort, we are going to be tailoring our programmes around you, making it really personal

I love to see a client achieving and succeeding their own goals and aspirations, be it losing a bit of weight, toning, strength and conditioning or even developing their own endurance and level of fitness.

I wanted to stretch and push myself to achieve one of my dreams, to work for myself helping people.

Although I have only been a personal training for just over one year and a half, I have striven to keep building on the knowledge that I have obtained. This is through my own studies and also through writing my own articles on fitness.
I believe in continuously develop my own understanding of the fitness industry.
What makes me different from other trainers I have a portable gym which I can bring with me to our sessions to help push you harder.
