5 stars I’ve been training with Tom for the last 18 months and have never looked back since... Before I met Tom I was forcing good posture which wasn’t very comfortable nor did it achieve the results I wanted, this was due to my lack of experience and understanding. Thanks to working with Tom I am now relaxed, good posture, and executing exercises with good form. I am also no longer skipping meals - thanks to his advice and ‘real world’ nutrition tips. I have now been training with Tom for just over 7 months. He knows that I am not overly keen on exercising - as I’ve always disliked the usual gym environment. However, I find Tom’s sessions are fun and varied, he always encourages me and I love training in his studio. It’s a nice peaceful and calm environment which allows me to focus completely on myself. I would highly recommend Tom as a Personal Trainer. He truly has a passion for what he does and is genuinely concerned for the health and well being of his clients. Helping people with my body transformation programme and seeing people achieve their health & fitness goals gives me big job satisfaction and motivates me to get up and go every day. Fitness is a lifestyle and a passion of mine that enables me to live the life I want to live by feeling and looking strong.

I’m a specialist personal trainer in helping people built muscle and burn fat. I get people into the best shape of their lives by using the systems I use for myself and existing clients.

Studying at degree level in fitness, I started as a volunteer in my
local sports centre as a fitness instructor. I soon built up a client base and got a job at David Lloyds Beaconsfield. During my time of 3 years there I broke all sales records at David Lloyd health clubs for personal training sessions sold in a single month. I then moved into my first personal training studio and scaled up into a larger premises running my successful body transformation programme. I have been working with clients for 11 years with experience of working with a GB athlete and getting them all into the best shape of their lives.
