Therapist

Working with Tanya was probably one of the best decisions I made. Although it was for a short period of time, I learned quite a bit from her and started understanding myself a little more. I really love assisting people to discover their own innate recourses in order to build resilience.
I also love seeing people develop as they tap into their own personal power.

Working in care for 25 years taught me a great deal, however I really wanted to support people in a different way, I had spent many years dreaming of ways I could share my knowledge with those who had made the brave decision to take charge of their own experience in life.

You would benefit from choosing my service because I work in a very dynamic way, that is to say I follow no set formula for each individual, I work with the person and their individuality, supporting you to discover the best way to help yourself.
There are no magic wands when it comes to mental health and well-being but there are , most certainly solutions to difficulties and ways around difficult obstacles, even if it is just finding out that often we are standing in our own way and then leaning how to stop holding ourselves up.

I can provide zoom and skype sessions if required, links will be sent on booking.

I follow all guidelines and work around individual circumstances.

With so many distractions in today's world, it is easy to become disconnected and feel lost. It can be difficult to trust your own guidance when you are being pulled in so many directions.

These techniques can teach you how to use the tools you already have and you can learn to trust your own guidance, building a deep sense of self will enable you to connect with the world at large in a more fulfilling way and on your own terms.

Many young people are struggling to cope with the demands of modern life, it can be difficult to resolve the feelings experienced with everyday living.

It can all seem very complicated and overwhelming but there is a clear way through all the confusion.

Using Hypnotherapy, up to date neuroscience-based evidence on how the brain develops and adapts and a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt therapy alongside 12 years of experience working with young people with mental health issues, I can provide a safe space to encourage development and learning.
