Tanya has made a huge difference to my life ! After being rushed into hospital with diverticulitis abscess and perforated intestine and finding out I have many food Intolerances I didn’t know what to eat and I was on rock bottom . Tanya was the only one who helped and talked to me and provided meal plans specific to me . I have lost 2 stone and feel better than I have in years . I still have a long way to go but I couldn’t have done this without Tanya . The daily support and dedication from Tanya is outstanding . Highly recommended. More...

Q&As

Good nutrition is the key to good mental and physical health. The type and amount of food you eat affects the way you feel and how your body works. Eating a balanced diet is an important part of good health for everyone.

We need to replace nutrients in our bodies with a new supply every day. Food and nutrition are the way that we get fuel, providing energy for our bodies.

Understanding good nutrition and paying attention to what you eat can help you maintain or improve your health. Water is an important component of nutrition and staying hydrated is critical.

I love being able to help people improve or maintain their state of health.

I enjoy teaching ways that can help to make improvements and seeing people benefit.

It is a very individual journey and no 2 clients are the same which makes my job fascinating.

If someone has a medical diagnosis, I love the challenge of establishing the root cause which can then help with reducing symptoms.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (symptoms started 27 years ago) and my journey to find my own good health was my original inspiration.

I went from being advised that I would be confined to a wheelchair within 6 months to being discharged by the hospital for being too well. It took a lot of research and several years but I got there and have not seen a medical professional for MS for 15 years.

I am keen to help others understand how to rebalance their own bodies.

I take clients on a completely bespoke journey to help them find the most healthy version of themselves.
This journey follows my registered 'most healthy you®' framework that takes clients from 'm' (my health concerns) all the way to 'u' (my ultimate health goals).

My services are provided online / remotely. When anyone wishes to buy one of my services, they are invited into my practice portal and are given their own account.
Video calls occur through this portal as are all messages. Protocols and recommendations are shared here as well.
Clients have a private, secure space where they are able to go back and look at all previous messages etc and can recap on what has been recommended.

My services have moved to being online so that there is no worry about Covid-19 infection.

Services

• An initial consultation will last approximately 90 minutes.

• Prior to the consultation, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and a 4 day diet diary.

• During the consultation, you will be asked about your own medical history as well as that of other close members of your family.

• There will be further questions about both your physical and emotional states. One of the main principles of Naturopathic philosophy is to support the whole person; mind, body and spirit. Health is considered the normal state in the body, which is easily influenced by our environment, our daily experiences and our emotions.

• A Naturopathic Plan showing dietary and lifestyle recommendations will then be emailed to you within 72 hours along with a supplement programme if required.

• A report showing the nutritional analysis of your diet diary will also be sent to you.

• If you are taking any prescribed or over-the-counter medications or any supplements, a report showing any drug-nutrient interactions will be emailed.

• A follow-up consultation will last approximately 45 minutes.

• During the follow-up, your progress will be assessed and your nutritional and supplement programme adjusted to take account of your progress and any remaining concerns.

• The results of any testing will be discussed.

• Follow-up appointments to be 6 weeks after the initial consultation and 6 weeks after a previous follow-up appointment.
